This Japanese restaurant is my go-to spot! I’ve been coming here since I first arrived in the US two years ago! Even after soaking in the soup for a while, they never get soggy. The pork slices are perfectly balanced—not greasy at all! Mix the ramen with green onions and wood ear mushrooms! (I absolutely love wood ear mushrooms with noodles!) The crunchy texture plus the chewy noodles, the aroma of green onions, and a bite of the soft-boiled egg… And finally, a sip of the rich broth—pure happiness! So satisfying it makes me want to dance! 💃🕺 PS: The broth is rich but lighter compared to other Japanese ramen spots—not too heavy, greasy, or salty. The flavor is just right! ✨ If you want more flavor, you can adjust it yourself! The pork slices are also well-balanced—and each slice is huge! Topped with corn, green onions, and a soft-boiled egg! The corn pairs perfectly with the spicy broth. The freshness of the corn, the aroma of green onions, a bite of noodles, and a sip of broth… happiness strikes again! 🌽😋 🌟 Unagi Avocado Sushi Roll – $5.95 This sushi roll is incredibly delicious! The eel is not fishy at all! (I’m someone who’s very sensitive to fishy tastes!) The teriyaki sauce on top blends perfectly with the eel! Perfectly grilled eel + secret teriyaki sauce = I’m in love!!
