Authentic Japanese Soufflé Pancakes in LA – Flipper's 🥞✨

I tried Flipper's once before in Taipei, and my wife found out they have a location here in LA! We originally wanted to check out the Big Bear pop-up, but the line was crazy long… so we gave up 😅 Since we were nearby, we decided to give this place a try! The fluffiness level was about 70–80% compared to the Taipei store 🍴 But the taste was pretty much identical! The price is fair, and the portion of fried chicken on the side was HUGE—for $10, it was almost too much to finish! 🍗😮 Overall, a great experience! Street parking wasn’t too bad either.
