Authentic Korean Beef Soup & Stew in Arcadia

No more long drives to Ktown — you can now enjoy authentic Korean beef soups and stews right in Arcadia! Myung Ga Haejangguk is a low-key gem I discovered while working nearby — it’s become my go-to spot for classic Korean soups. From seolleongtang (ox bone soup) and sundae gukbap (blood sausage soup) to beef tripe soup and beef brisket soup, I’ve tried them all — and they’re just as good as the famous places in Ktown! 😋 Beyond soups, they also serve a range of Korean specialties. We ordered the bossam (pork wraps) and the surprisingly amazing fried pork cutlet — yes, a Korean restaurant with incredible tonkatsu! 🐷✨ The owner also recommended their new spicy beef rib stew — packed with tender beef short ribs in a rich, flavorful broth. So satisfying! Ever since finding this spot, I no longer need to drive all the way to Ktown for my Korean food cravings. The gas money I save? Just means I can order an extra bowl of beef soup! 🤣 📍 Myung Ga Haejangguk 1220 S Baldwin Ave, Arcadia, CA 91007 #MyStoryWithThisRestaurant #FoodInspiration #LAEats #LAFoodExploration #ArcadiaFood
