Authentic Yuzu Chicken Ramen in Downtown

Ichigoh Ramen Lounge: 2724 Commerce St, Dallas, TX 75226 After a long search, I finally found my favorite yuzu chicken ramen ☺️! My former Japanese colleague, who was on a business trip to Dallas, recommended this place as his favorite ramen spot 🍜. The entire staff, from servers to kitchen crew, is Japanese. That day, I went with a friend and ordered the beef tongue—sliced to the perfect thickness and simply seasoned, it was delicious 😋. 🍜We also tried the Pork Chashu Don; the chashu quality was excellent and very tasty . But the most impressive dish was the yuzu chicken ramen. 🥐I was amazed when I first tried it in Japan, and in North America, I’ve only had something similar at Afuri in Portland. 🧀The Yuzu Shio combines rich chicken broth with the refreshing aroma of yuzu—a perfect match. 🍺The only downside is that the ramen comes with chicken breast, but you can substitute it with roasted pork.
