Finally made it to Leila! 😋 And it was absolutely worth the wait! Let's talk about the star of the show first: THE ICE CREAM! 🍦 This wasn't your average, artificially flavored scoop. This was legit. It had a subtle, genuine pistachio flavor that was so refreshing and light, not overly sweet or heavy at all. And here's the sweetest part (literally!)—since I made my Resy reservation around my birthday, they SURPRISED me with a complimentary one! They only told me at the end when the bill came. Such a lovely and unexpected gesture! 🎂 Now, onto the savory dishes: The Mixed Grill 🍢: A bit of a mixed bag (pun intended!). The beef was the clear winner – super juicy and flavorful. The lamb, however, was minced and formed into a kebab, which was just okay for me. The chicken was also just fine. But if I had to give some feedback, I'd suggest roasting it a bit longer for an even crispier, crunchier texture. It had the potential to be amazing!
