AZ | Desert Botanical Garden 🌵🌵

A paradise for desert plant enthusiasts 🌵🌵🌵 Admission is $25 per person, and you can directly swipe your card at the entrance to buy tickets. 🗝️💳 Only later did I find out that it’s open for free on the second Tuesday of every month. 🤷‍♀️🕰️ Darn, I feel so cheated for not grabbing the freebie! 😭👎 There are about four or five trails, I can’t quite remember. 🤔🛤️ Picking up a map at the entrance can effectively prevent you from taking a detour. 🗺️🚶‍♂️ I walked all the trails. At a leisurely pace, it took me about three hours in total. 🕰️🚶‍♀️ Inside, there are so many cacti and succulents that it’s hard to take them all in. 🌵🌱 There was even a cactus that looked like a mutated broccoli hairstyle. 🥦🌵 I also saw butterflies, hummingbirds, and little bees. 🦋🐦🐝 I bought a cactus plush toy that’s adorably ugly. 🌵🧸 During the Christmas season, there’s also a light show at night. 🎄🕯️ But the ticket-selling girl said that the evening tickets were already sold out. 😢🎟️ Hopefully, I’ll have a chance to come back and appreciate the cactus garden at night. 🌌🌵 #AZ #Phoenix #DesertBotanicalGarden #PhoenixBotanicalGarden #Cactus
