1️⃣ Hainanese Chicken Since their signature dish is Hainanese chicken rice, but we also wanted to try fried rice and pasta... we ordered an entire chicken, which cost over $30. It has a similar taste to white cut chicken, not fishy, with a decent flavor and a very generous portion. 2️⃣ Special Beef Brisket The beef brisket is really in large pieces, braised until very tender, and the sauce is fragrant and thick～ It's absolutely perfect for mixing with rice. 3️⃣ Eel, Shrimp Roe, and Egg Fried Rice I personally find this very fragrant; the fried rice has a bit of a crispy texture, the shrimp roe bursts in your mouth, and the texture is very rich. There are 8 large shrimp in a bowl, and the eel adds an extra touch of luxury, highly recommended. 4️⃣ Chicken Cutlet with Tomato Sauce Pasta Rich tomato sauce envelops the pasta that's cooked to a perfect al dente texture, and the chicken cutlet is very tender!
