Baek Jong-won’s Korean Restaurant in Rowland Heights Is SO Good! 😋

🔅 I just found out there’s a Baek Jong-won restaurant right here in Rowland Heights—yes, the celeb chef from Netflix’s The Hungry and the Hairy! Besides posters of him everywhere, the restaurant is packed with fun little touches. 🔹 They have a Korean-style photo booth 📸 with fun themes—perfect while waiting for your food! 🔸 At the entrance, there’s a freezer full of Korean ice cream bars 🍦—great for dessert and gives major Korea vibes. 🔹 The drinks are unique too! We tried the popular Nine-Tailed Fox Soju (zero sugar!) and Baek Jong-won’s own lager beer 🍺—haven’t seen it anywhere else in LA. 🔅 Food was on point—followed the server’s recommendations and loved everything! 🐔 Hanshin Dakbal (Spicy Braised Chicken Feet) A must-order! Tender, flavorful, and spicy as heck 🌶️—perfect with drinks. If you can’t handle heat, maybe skip, but if you love spice, go for it! 🍗 Yangnyeum Chicken (Sweet & Spicy Fried Chicken) So crispy outside, juicy inside—classic Korean sweet-spicy flavor but milder than the chicken feet. Portion is bigger than it looks! 🧀 Mozzarella Cheese Fondue with Pork Melty cheese you dip pork into—rich, cheesy, and seriously indulgent. Cheese lovers, this is for you. 🍢 Oden-tang (Fish Cake Soup) Tastes just like the street food oden from my childhood! Lots of different fish cakes in a light, savory broth—great if you want something mild. 🍙 DIY Rice Ball Make your own rice balls—fun like a food craft! Mixed with mayo, sesame, and pickled radish, wrapped in seaweed—simple but so tasty. 🔅 Hanshin Pocha Rowland Heights 📍 Inside Mandarin Plaza, next to Sun Nong Dan #LAEats #LosAngelesFood #RowlandHeights #LARestaurants #LAFoodie #KoreanFood
