Dishes: 🥓 Pork Belly Lechon – Very similar to Chinese roast pork—super crispy and flavorful, with a refreshing dipping sauce. Half a portion was already a bit rich though. 🦐 Inasal Prawns – Grilled prawns, plump and juicy with roe inside.
