Recommendation for a cost-effective gourmet restaurant | SUCULENT by Chef Antonio Romero They offer two tasting menus, the classic for 60 euros and the suculent for 80 euros, excluding beverages. My friend and I chose a mix of classic and suculent styles. Let’s give a brief introduction to the menu below 👇 👏🏻 Amuse-bouche cocktail, with Orujo, bitter orange essence, and orange blossom extract - Tuna tartare with almond milk, complemented with a special caviar gift from the chef. A very refreshing appetizer. 🌟Duck leg croqueta, this is truly exceptional. The freshly fried croquette is a bit hot, so I let it cool down. Bite into a crispy exterior (coated with panko) and an instant burst of creamy bechamel sauce inside, mixed with vegetable dice, and the tender, slow-cooked duck meat on the surface. It’s amazing to think about the effort and care behind such a small croquette. 🌟Red shrimp ceviche (lime-marinated seafood, South American style) - Fresh red shrimp just arrived from the morning boat, the reddish-purplish head roe is grilled, and the shrimp is sweet and fresh when eaten raw, topped with a special corn and lime marinade. I just wanted to “suca con pan” and eat the bowl clean with bread. 🌟Limited summer cold dish - Grilled sardine salad with tomatoes. Juicy pink tomatoes, grilled sardines, and cold-infused tomato juice turned into a clear jelly (gelatin), finished with a drizzle of olive juice and a sprinkle of sea salt. It’s a refreshing summer taste that instantly soothes the palate. 🌟Grilled white asparagus with bottarga and tarragon sauce. Asparagus lovers, don’t miss it during the season. 🌟Grilled Maitake mushrooms with a smooth pine nut sauce and pine nut cheese cubes, finally sprinkled with a seasoned vinegar sauce.
