A friend recommended checking out a Uruguayan cuisine restaurant that I’ve never tried before, and the flavors were a delightful surprise! They serve a pre-meal drink when you arrive. 🙂 💕Fondue de quesos is pretty much a must-order for every table. It’s ordered per person, with a bowl of thick cheese and a selection of meats including sausage, pork, chicken, and beef. You use the cheese as a dipping sauce with the bread bowl, which soaks up the cheese to the very end! Surprisingly delicious, with the cheese seeping into the pores of the bread! My friend was ready to hug the bowl and “gnaw” on it. 💕We ordered the Milanesas a caballo, and the thick-cut fries were excellent, making the French fry lovers in our group ecstatic. The breaded pork chop was huge, and the three of us shared one portion, which was very satisfying! 💕Make sure to book a table in advance if you’re planning to go. We forgot to reserve and had to eat rather quickly to make room for the next reservation, which had the poor waiter sweating buckets, haha!
