Barcelona Michelin Restaurant | Creative Dishes Hidden in the City
🌟This is a restaurant that I bookmarked on my first day in Barcelona, recommended by the Michelin Guide for several consecutive years. The venue is small, modest, and casual, with an open kitchen. The dishes are simple yet full of personality, blending Mediterranean ingredients with South American and Asian cuisines. 🌟(For example, you can enjoy both roasted lamb brain and Japanese clear soup gyoza here, which are absolutely delicious‼️ The lamb brain soup is very fresh and highly recommended, soft and glutinous without any odd taste.) 🌟The menu can be a bit tricky to understand as it’s full of the chef’s personal ideas. I ordered a strawberry tuna and a shrimp chip tuna… there are always unexpected combinations, like beef tongue with wasabi miso seasoning? It’s quite interesting. Turning a meal into something full of surprises and fun, there’s a lot to explore for first-time visitors. Occasionally, I enjoy cuisine that has its own style, rejecting uniformity. 👉 This place is famous, so you must book a few days in advance. #MichelinRestaurantExploration #RestaurantRecommendation #TreasureRestaurantShare #BarcelonaFood #BarcelonaRestaurant #Barcelona #BarcelonaFoodRecommendation #BarcelonaFoodExploration #BarcelonaGuide
