Finally tried Ping’s Bistro in Cupertino during a work trip—better late than never to post! The lion’s mane mushroom stir-fried with conch slices was the standout—so fragrant and tender, worth the trip alone! 🐚 Also loved the simple stir-fried baby bok choy—clean, fresh, and comforting. Other dishes were decent but didn’t wow as much. The ambiance was nice, though the wait was long. ⏳ While waiting, couldn’t help overhearing classic Bay Area convos about tech packages and resumes… even from kids! 😂 Always feels like a motivational seminar out here.
