Bay Area Family Fun | Off-Season Visit to Lemos Farm 🐑
Every year, just before Halloween, Lemos Farm in Half Moon Bay becomes super crowded. We usually head to Pastorino’s Pumpkin Farm across the street to avoid the peak crowds. But this time, we took advantage of the off-season and finally visited Lemos Farm. It was amazing—fewer people, no lines for the activities, and a great experience overall! 🌟 📍 Address: 12320 San Mateo Rd, Half Moon Bay, CA 94019 🎟️ Admission: Adults $12, Kids Silver $24, Golden $29 (Golden includes a pony ride). If you book online, there’s an additional fee, but I’m not sure if you can avoid it by buying tickets at the gate. ⏰ Operating Hours: Weekends 10am-5pm The farm is really well-maintained and clean. Even though it’s the off-season, almost all the activities are open. Here’s what you can enjoy: 🐑 Petting Zoo : There are so many adorable baby lambs! You can pet them and even buy food to feed them ($2 per portion). The lambs are super eager and will come right up to you, looking for snacks. 🐑 🧘 Goat Yoga : This is a new and fun activity where you can do yoga with goats. It’s a unique and relaxing experience! 🐐 🐴 Pony Ride : There are two options—one where the ponies go around in a circle, and another where parents can lead the ponies. 🐎 🚂 Train Ride : It’s like the little train at Happy Hollow Zoo, but with fairytale-themed scenery along the way. 🚂 🚜 Hay Ride : This one goes a bit further than the train ride and takes you into the hills for a short trip. The views along the way are lovely. 🌾 In addition to these, the farm also has go-karts, an inflatable bounce house, a tractor-themed slide, trampolines, and coin-operated rides (which are a big hit with the little ones! 😂). #BayAreaFamilyFun #BayAreaFarms #FamilyOuting #OffSeasonAdventure #LemosFarm #HalfMoonBay
