Last Friday, my husband and I tried a Japanese restaurant recommended by a friend, specializing in Omakase (chef's selection). The overall experience was wonderful! What impressed me the most was—the ingredients were incredibly fresh! Every dish allowed us to taste the natural sweetness of the ingredients, as if they had just been brought from the ocean. 🍱 Top Highlights: Tuna Belly (Toro): The marbling was beautiful—it melted in the mouth, filling it with rich, savory flavor without being greasy at all. Extra Order of Butter Mirugai (Butter Clam): Recommended by our server, and it did not disappoint! The clam was crisp with a hint of sweetness, paired with melted butter—so fragrant that I still drool just thinking about it. The chef introduced each dish briefly, and his attitude was very friendly.
