A beloved noodle spot that expanded from Sacramento to the Bay Area! 🍜✨ The original Sacramento location is a must-stop for many on their way to Lake Tahoe, and now Fremont locals can enjoy it too. I ordered the classic Guilin Rice Noodles—the noodles themselves are wonderfully chewy and springy. The dish comes with delicious braised beef and crispy pork cracklings, and you can add extra toppings. I went a little overboard with the condiments (they have so many options! 😅) and ended up with a bowl that was a bit too salty by the end. 🧂⚠️ You can also add side dishes like spare ribs, though the braised ribs were just okay in my opinion.
