She was warm, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make our experience truly memorable. Her recommendations were spot-on—we started with the Yellowtail Sashimi 🐟, fresh and delicate, and the Honey Glazed Chicken 🍯🍗, which was tender and full of flavor. But the real star of the evening? The Black Cod! 🖤🐟 It was perfectly cooked—soft, buttery, with a lightly crisped edge and glazed in a sublime miso sauce that had us savoring every bite. An absolute must-try!
