OMG, it's just... too delicious! Let me report to my baby teachers about the treasure restaurant I've discovered in Munich lately! I've seen this place before for its grilled ribs, not only pork but also beef ribs, which I love. One day, I tried to walk in, but it was too popular and required reservations. Today, my boyfriend finished his exams, so we decided to celebrate here. We ordered two beef short ribs, and here are my ratings: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 PRIME BEEF SHORT RIB The menu says it's slow-braised at low temperatures for 24 hours, then grilled with a kind of plum jam. Beef ribs braised for 24 hours and then grilled just can't be bad, right?! 🤤 The meat is tender and falling apart, and the plum jam has a hint of barbecue and spiciness. The seasoning is superb. veryveryveryyyy recommend! 🌟🌟🌟 TERIYAKI VEAL RIBS This one is slightly less impressive compared to the beef ribs. My boyfriend and I both thought the sauce tasted like a kind of bean paste sauce. But it's still tasty. At this restaurant, they have fresh-made Eis Spaghetti for dessert. The staff will come to your table with a little cart to make it on the spot. But it was raining today ☔️ and too cold, so we didn't order it. It looks like a lot of fun.
