Been to BA twice already, and this bread-lover is ready to go back!
What an Omakase-style shopping experience 🍞✨ Thankfully, my office is close by! Both trips were for their bagels, but luck brought so much more: 🍀 First visit: Got the rose egg tart and also snagged a sea salt bread roll. 🍀 Second visit: Came across the cranberry rose soft oat loaf. All the delicious details are in the pics—everything smelled amazing! (Disclaimer: It's been a while since I've been back to China, so I'm comparing locally.) 🏆 The sea salt bread roll has officially entered this bread-head's top favorites! 🌹 The soft oat loaf is also something I’ll buy again casually. Scrolling through others' posts, I noticed the kitchen was also making cream puffs 🍰 Looks like it'll take a while to try everything! The owner mentioned all their bread is made with natural starter—could that be the secret to that moist, fluffy texture? 🤔 A staff member (or maybe the owner?) said they'll need 1–2 months of trial runs before officially opening, to fine-tune the kitchen operations. That means more variety and quantity in the future! But honestly… no rush. Let those fragrant, beautiful breads take their time to grow!!! 🙏💖 #SeattleEats #SeattleFood #SeattleFoodie #EastsideEats #EastsideFoodie #BreadLover #ArtisanBakery #OmakaseBakery
