Bellevue Bistro Recommendation: Whiskey b/John Howie

🌟Visited during Restaurant Week Opted for a $50 package with 2 plates + 2 drinks ➕ a short rib The portions were larger than expected. 🌟The shrimp was super delicious, and the corn side dish was also excellent. There were a total of 6 shrimp, and the serving was quite generous. The Korean BBQ skewers had tender beef, and the grilled leeks were also tasty, but the eggplant at the end was a bit undercooked, just okay. The two drinks were the Love Letter and a Rye. 🌟The Love Letter is really perfect for ladies to drink - sweet and sour with barely any alcohol taste. The Rye, though small, was quite strong; my friend turned beet-red after just half a glass, haha. 🌟The service charge is automatically added at 20% (no wonder the food prices seemed pretty reasonable?)
