Berlin's Famous Breakfast Spot: Benedict
My friend had known about this place for ages but had never been there. Last Sunday, they wanted to go for brunch but hadn’t made a reservation. I reassured them, saying that last time I only waited for 30 minutes, which was totally doable. Luckily, this time we only waited for 25 minutes! Their bread is super fresh and unlimited—you can refill as much as you like 🥐🥖🍞. The homemade jam, especially the fig jam, was a big bonus! We ordered two drinks based on the server’s recommendation, and they looked stunning 🤩. But my friend was shocked after the first sip because they were alcoholic 🍷. My friend was like, “Are we starting to drink this early in the morning?!” 😂 For the main course, we got the "Good Morning Bangkok" and a frittata. We both agreed they were like a gourmet twist on our home country's scallion pancakes, with high-quality ingredients 🍳. The key takeaway: the portions are massive. If you're a small eater, you can easily skip dinner after this! Also, the staff was super friendly throughout the meal, which was another big plus 💁💁♀️. #Life #LivingInGermany #HiddenGemRestaurants
