Berlin Exploration | A Restaurant Where Looks and Taste Coexist 🌟

This spring, I discovered a gem of a restaurant located at the end of the Ku'damm in West Berlin, a very understated place called 1000 Grad. After dining there, I felt the overall experience was quite good, and considering the decor, service, and dishes, it's a place I would definitely return to~👍 Here's what I ordered: Cow loves Herbs / Grilled Beef Strips 🥩 Served as a starter, the beef had a very tender texture with a perfect pink center. The sauce was fresh and savory. The accompanying enoki mushrooms had a slightly sour taste, which, when combined with the beef, enriched the palate and balanced the saltiness. However, the sauce was a bit too salty overall. Coco on Fire / Coconut Curry Chicken 🥥 My absolute favorite! It was incredibly delicious—definitely a must-order! The coconut flavor takes center stage, with a rich and fresh taste, while the curry plays a supporting role. The sauce is sweet, filled with tender chicken breast, and accompanied by zucchini, red peppers, German asparagus, and chayote. The coconut aroma left a lasting impression, and I highly recommend giving it a try. Dorade Moses / Grilled Black Pomfret 🐟 This grilled fish was something special; the skin was crispy, and the flesh was firm and not at all dry, cooked to perfection. It had a very refreshing Southeast Asian flavor, with plenty of mint, bird's eye chili, and a generous use of lime juice. Beverages: The homemade special drinks were all good, priced at 7-7.5 euros. 💰 Average cost per person: 37 euros #HiddenGems #BerlinLife #BerlinExplore #BerlinHotspots #BerlinFood
