1000grad — Restaurant in Berlin

Dined at this restaurant during the week. The service at this restaurant is outstanding, very attentive and friendly. They have outside seating available,, right in Kudamm (great for people watching and enjoying the surroundings). We sat inside due to weather - this is a great place for a date or for dinner with a bunch of friends.

We ordered a bunch of the Small Plates (which are sharable - tapas style; one dish is a good poriton for two people, but you need at least 4-5 dishes for 2 if you're just sticking to Small plates as main entrees). Every dish was delicious (great mixture of different flavors and textures) and had a really pretty presentation. The menu really had something for everyone!

The Handmade drinks were also amazing (Sober Jasmin is a must).

We didn't get to try any of the desserts because we were full after all the small plates we ordered, but we will definitely be back soon and will save some space to try them out. :D If you're in the area, definitely check...

Die meisten Gerichte, die wir bestellt haben, waren am meisten Meeresfrüchte. Schließlich waren es kreative Speisen. Die Präsentation und die Auswahl des Geschirrs waren wirklich gut. Sie passten nicht nur zur Farbe der Speisen, sondern sogar die Gerichte passten zum Einrichtungsstil des Ladens. Haben moderne Menschen wirklich etwas Leckeres? Meine Zunge hat sowieso ihre Sensibilität für Lebensmittel verloren, daher ist mir die Qualität und Frische der Zutaten sehr wichtig und dann fühlt es sich hier richtig an.

🐟Der gegrillte Fisch ist sehr frisch und wird mit zwei Arten von Saucen kombiniert. Ich finde das sehr gut. Der Fisch selbst ist zwar nicht sehr gewürzt, eignet sich aber nicht zum alleinigen Verzehr, hat aber ein verbranntes Aroma. Ich kann nicht sagen, was die Soße ist, ich vermute blind Fischsoße und grünes Curry.

🐙 ist wirklich frisch und gegrillt, und die passende Soße passt hervorragend dazu 🐙! Die Frische wurde von den Chaoshan- und Weihai-Leuten erkannt😌
