Berlin Exploration | When it’s Cold, Let’s Have Soup Rice!😋
Recently, I went back to Moim for the second time, and I'm finally sharing my experience! This restaurant is just too close to home, so I always take friends who visit Berlin here. We tried the Beef Tartare and Blood Sausage Soup! How should I put it? The flavors are authentic, but these two dishes really depend on personal taste. The Beef Tartare has a sweet flavor and includes raw egg and yellow pear. The beef is fresh and has a great texture, showing that it’s good-quality meat (all their beef-related dishes are quite good, though the prices aren't the prettiest). The Blood Sausage Soup contains other organ meats and pork head, with some chili hidden at the bottom. When it’s served, the broth is white, but once you stir it, it turns red! They also give a dish of salt and dried shrimp for you to adjust the flavor. The soup base is made with miso, and it’s very fragrant, though it does have a slight organ meat taste. As someone who enjoys organ meats, I found it quite acceptable! 😋 One of my friends ordered the Kimchi Tofu and Pork Belly Soup, which was said to be not too salty or spicy—suitable for anyone’s palate. They also had seafood pancakes, which were substantial and crispy, definitely recommended! #Berlin #BerlinExploration #BerlinEats #Germany #BerlinChristmas #BerlinRestaurants
