Berlin | Niko Niko Ramen 🍜
Ordered two bowls, the traditional pork bone ramen and the pork bone fish broth ramen. Apart from the soup base, everything else about the two bowls of noodles was the same. Both soup bases were very rich and thick, to the point of being greasy, and the fish broth ramen was quite salty. 🍜The noodles were very chewy, and the char siu in them had a lot of fat, which was also greasy. The pickled ginger was too strong in ginger flavor and not suitable as a side dish. The ambiance was okay, with seats both inside and outside, but you might have to share a four-person table with strangers. The service attitude was rather average; the female waitress was playing with a customer's dog, which was a bit bothersome. 🏠Compared to another place in Berlin, Cocoro, Cocoro has a better taste. Cocoro's pork bone ramen could score a 4.5, while Niko at most gets a 3.5. Cocoro is more down-to-earth, but it's crowded and requires queuing. #BerlinFood #GermanCuisine #BerlinRamen #JapaneseCuisineInBerlin #RamenInBerlin
