First time trying confit duck and it's in a French restaurant 🍴 in Berlin 🇩🇪. I didn't expect it to be sweet! 😮 The waiter said they put a lot of sugar on it 🤔. So, is it really supposed to be sweet? 🤔🤔 ➡️ Baked Snails 🐌 The snails are quite large, with a great texture, but the garlic 🧄 flavor is quite subtle, and the butter 🧈 taste is hard to detect. ➡️ Fish Soup 🐟 It's supposed to be lobster soup 🦞, with a strong lobster flavor. It's complemented with mussels 🐚 and large grilled shrimp 🦐. The shrimp are shelled and grilled, with a strong charred flavor. Highly recommended! 👍👍 ➡️ Steak 🥩 Grilled to perfection! 😁 Meat lovers will be thrilled. It's juicy, tender, with a crispy exterior and a great quality of beef, carrying the aroma of an open flame. ➡️ Confit Duck 🦆 The skin is crispy, and the duck meat falls apart with a fork. Surprisingly, it's quite juicy. It's topped with yuzu sugar 🍊, which is very sweet and carries the aroma of yuzu. ➡️ Wine List 🍷🍹 Very extensive, and the bar has a great atmosphere.
