🍣 Berlin Shop Exploration | Maybe Not Authentic,Totally Delicious 🍱

Overall, it's a very fusion Japanese cuisine place. It's not that authentic, but the menu is extremely diverse. Judging from the pictures, you'd want to try every dish, and basically, there are no duds. Since my friend doesn't like raw food, we only ordered one dish of sushi and sashimi each, with a higher proportion of hot dishes. ⭕️ Salmon Sashimi/Schottischer Lachs: A serving of sashimi comes with four generous slices, very fresh. ⭕️ Grilled Eel Sashimi/Aal: The eel is chosen from a leaner part, not too oily and without a fishy taste, very good. ⭕️ Eel Sushi Nigiri/Aal: Their sushi is made smaller, so those who want to eat sushi should take note. ⭕️ Fried Prawn Tempura Tempura Riesengarnelen: This dish is ordered at every table. It's the thick batter style I like, but it remains crispy. The only downside is that the large prawns are not fresh enough, and the shrimp meat lacks elasticity. ⭕️ Truffle Beef Roll Tataki Truffel: So delicious! The most eye-catching part of this sushi is the cheapest cucumber shreds, which are very juicy. Hot Dishes ❌ Grilled Eggplant Robata/Scharfe Auberginen: When served, the bonito flakes look like they're breathing, very beautiful. However, it's the only dish that's a bit of a letdown. The eggplant is actually grilled well, but the taste is too bland. I don't like the yogurt serving method myself, and I managed to finish it with soy sauce. ⭕️ Grilled Sweet Potato Robata/Suesskartoffel: Delicious, the sweet potato is super sweet and soft, melting in your mouth. ⭕️ Grilled Argentine Red Shrimp Robata/Argentinische rote Garnelen: The best dish in the whole restaurant! Sweet and salty taste, the outer skin is slightly charred, but the shrimp meat is still very tender and chewy. ⭕️ Gyudon: Sweet and salty taste, the beef slices are dry without much soup, served with fresh red peppers, making the taste more layered and harmonious with rice. 🍹 The drinks and cocktails are all good, I like Yuzu Lemonade. The service is very good, and the handsome guy at the bar even gave us juice. The only slightly disappointing part is that when you sit down, a waiter will ask what kind of water you want, and Stillwasser is also charged. They also offer takeout and pick-up, and the online menu is illustrated, which is very convenient for ordering with pictures. The restaurant is quite spacious with many seats, so walk-ins on weekdays should be no problem, and online reservations are also very convenient.
