Never expected to find such a delicious and affordable Kaiseki Omakase in Monterey Park — plus it’s easy to book! I called just two days ahead and got a spot. No fixed seating times — just call to reserve at 【FUJI Omakase Japanese Sushi Restaurant】. For the price, it’s not perfect, but I’d give it a solid 80/100. Great sense of ceremony, tasty dishes, and generous portions — definitely won’t leave hungry.
