Beverley’s Bistro in Dallas: Perfect for Weekday Lunches

🌟This place has officially made it onto my little red list (my personal favorite list) for workday lunches. Beverley’s Pastrami Beef Sandwich is going to be my go-to weekday lunch from now on! Before the pandemic, my weekday lunch spot was Del Frisco Grill for their spicy chicken sandwich. But after they closed, I was stuck with Eatzi’s for lunch. Today, I discovered Beverley’s, which is close to home and has a really attentive waiter! My top pick: 🔥 Shakshuka (Eggs in Spicy Tomato Sauce) The slightly spicy tomato base, combined with bell peppers, eggs, and Greek yogurt, is perfect. The rich tomato sauce mixed with the yolk and spread on bread is pure indulgence. It’s a healthy and nutritious must-try. 🥯 Smoked Salmon Bagel A classic choice that you can never go wrong with. I eat slowly, and the waiter at Beverley’s took away my pickles and smoked whitefish dip. I mentioned that I still wanted to finish the remaining pickle, and he brought me a whole new serving!
