From the moment we stepped in until the moment we left, this restaurant radiated warmth and elegance. Our server, Scott, was absolutely incredible β he walked us through the menu in detail and offered personalized recommendations that truly elevated our meal. π¨βπ³π« We started with the Yellowtail Crudo and Fresh Tuna Sashimi β the tuna had just been sliced in the kitchen and was incredibly plump, fresh, and flavorful. ππΏ For my main, I ordered the Grilled Sea Bass β beautifully presented, deboned, and wrapped in crispy smoked salmon. The fish was tender and juicy, and the crisp texture of the salmon added a wonderful contrast. π π My husband had the Mafalde Pasta, served with a whole lobster in a silky tomato-based sauce β rich, luxurious, and perfectly cooked. π¦π We also shared a generous portion of Roasted Baby Carrots with pistachio cream β a simple yet stunning side dish. π₯β¨ We loved every single dish β each one was a masterpiece in flavor and presentation.
