Bhutan Travel Must-Visit Restaurant: Alchemy Restaurant

Bhutan Travel Must-Visit Restaurant: Alchemy Restaurant 💥Alchemy Restaurant – a traditional Bhutanese cuisine restaurant in Pemakoi 📍 This was a key experience during our inspection. To offer everyone a very traditional and ceremonial dining experience, this will be included in the customized itinerary for small groups in the future. This restaurant is accessible to non-hotel guests as well (you must try it even if you don’t stay here). 📍 The dishes served are typical Bhutanese fare: for appetizers, there are Bhutanese salad & chili, Bhutanese sorghum wine, momo, pumpkin soup with buckwheat pancakes (a bit salty)... The main course consists of various small portions of Bhutanese dishes for tasting, and the dessert is rice pudding (tastes the same as the rice pudding served at Dwarika’s dinner in Nepal)... 📍 The chef prepares and serves the dishes on the spot (ensuring they’re hot). I sat right across from the stove... I was the only guest tonight... It’s neither extremely delicious nor bad, but I told the chef it was very tasty, providing him with plenty of emotional support... ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ #BhutanTravel #BhutaneseFood #BhutaneseCuisine #Pemakoi
