The menu primarily features meat dishes, although there are a few seafood options, albeit in smaller quantities. Today, we ordered the following dishes: Antipasti: ❤️❤️❤️ - Pata Negra "Joselito Gran Reserva" : Paired with a glass of red wine, it was rich in flavor and absolutely delicious. - Uovo 62°C : The 62°C poached egg was pretty standard. - Tartara di Manzo : This beef tartare was served with mayonnaise, hazelnuts, and truffle. The truffle added an enticing aroma to the dish, while the hazelnuts provided a refreshing contrast to the meat. Primo: 😍😍😍 - Tagliolini, Crudo di Ricciola e Olio alla Rucola : This was our only pasta dish and the only one featuring seafood. The restaurant kindly split it into two portions for us. The thin noodles were perfectly cooked, with a chewy texture, and the miso cream sauce added depth and richness. The raw sea bream slices complemented the aroma of the rucola oil, creating a rich and harmonious flavor profile. Dalla Griglia: 😘😘😘 - Pluma di Maiale Iberico "Joselito" con Pure di Patate : At first, the flavor might seem a bit strong, but when paired with the mashed potatoes, the overall taste becomes much more balanced. The meat is incredibly tender and juicy, while the soft and smooth mashed potatoes mellow out the richness of the meat, making each bite delightful. - Tagliata di "Manzetta" con Insalata di Campo : Compared to the pork, this beef was slightly firmer but still very good. The slices were grilled to perfection, retaining the natural flavor of the beef, and the accompanying wild greens salad added a refreshing touch, enhancing the layers of flavor in the dish. 💕💕💕Overall, it was a fantastic meal. Unfortunately, there were only two of us, so our choices were a bit limited. We’ll have to come back another time to try more dishes! 🍴 Restaurant: Blend 📍 Address: Via A.
