Boca | A Beautiful Meal That Didn’t Quite Deliver 🍽️✨

Tried the much-talked-about Boca in Cincinnati — and while it looked stunning, the flavors were a bit of a mixed experience. 🍒 Course 1: Foie Gras The bread was fragrant and delicious, but the foie gras itself was overly salty — I could only finish about a third of it. The wine-marinated cherry added an intense kick that left my heart racing (and I’m not much of a drinker!). 🦞 Course 2: Lobster with Caviar Definitely my favorite dish of the night! Luxurious, delicate, and perfectly balanced. 🍥 Course 3: Scallops Unfortunately… not a fan. The flavors didn’t come together for me. 🥩 Course 4: Wellington Beef The beef itself was incredibly tender and aromatic — absolutely delicious on its own. But when eaten with the pastry and sauce, the combo just didn’t work for my palate. 🍋 Final Touch: Complimentary Dessert A white chocolate & lemon treat — refreshing, not too sweet, with a subtle tang. A lovely way to end. A night of highs and lows — but isn’t that what makes dining adventures memorable? 😉 #CincinnatiEats #Boca #FineDining #FoodReview #MixedFeelings
