💧During my trip to Bologna, I tried two Italian restaurants: this one and Osteria Da Fortunata. If I had to choose between the two, I’d highly recommend Trattoria del Rosso—the flavors here are even better! 🌴We ordered a Bologna specialty:Crescentine con salumi e formaggio. Fried little “pillows” served with cheese and cured meat! 💙 The pillows are baked to aromatic perfection—soft yet chewy, with a familiar but hard-to-place flavor. The combination of bread fragrance, slightly tangy cheese, and salty ham is truly unique! Highly recommended! 📌 Tagliatelle al Ragù Delicious! Probably the best ragù pasta I’ve had since coming to Italy. 🔥 Pork Knuckle: Likely slow-cooked until tender, then roasted for a firmer outer layer.The taste is simple—a bit salty and meaty. ⭐ Lasagna It had a slightly sweet note, but otherwise wasn’t much different from lasagna I’ve tried elsewhere.The layers were distinct, and the flavor wasn’t too rich.Nothing special—I’d say you can skip it. #BolognaFood #BolognaTravel #ItalianCuisine
