Bordeaux's Hottest Steakhouse 🔥

A Blessing for Choice-Phobes 🙌 A super tasty steakhouse with an average cost of just over 20€ per person, and only one main dish to choose from. This is a steakhouse in Bordeaux that has been loved by locals and tourists from all over the world since it opened in 1959 (there were many people around us). We arrived at 8:30 PM, and although there was a line at the door, we were able to get in quickly because the restaurant is quite spacious. A Lifesaver for Choice-Phobes, because there's only one dish, entrecote, and you just need to choose the level of doneness, cuisson. Highly recommend "saignant," which is medium rare in English, probably about 55% cooked. The beef that comes out is already cut into small pieces, making the lazies smile 😊. The cooking is well-controlled, the texture is very delicate, with a hint of red in the meat, very tender and not at all woody. The steak is 22€ and includes a vegetable salad and unlimited fries. Their fries are also highly praised, they are the type that are fried very thoroughly and crispy.
