Borit Gogae:The sense of ritual in dining.
🥣Before the meal, there's a pot of rice crust soup with fried fish skin and seaweed. The fish skin seaweed is incredibly delicious. 🎃The pumpkin soup is average, but that's not the main point, so it doesn't matter. 🍚 🤩A basket full of side dishes🤩 Pickled vegetables! Acorn jelly salad! I would give this kimchi pancake a 99 out of 100!!! The rice is barley, which is quite chewy and healthy. There's also the less common side dish, bloody clam. Because there were so many side dishes, I didn't order any meat, but adding meat would probably make it even better. I just realized that I basically had a vegetarian meal for lunch... 🥣Perilla chicken soup that tastes like a combination of the porridge and oil tea I used to drink as a child. It's perfect to have a bowl on a rainy day! 🫖After the meal, there are dried persimmons and cinnamon punch.
