Boston: The Best City in the US, Period. šŸ†

My close friend—an ABC who grew up in Boston—told me three years ago that Boston was the best city in the world. At the time, I didn’t believe him. But this weekend, as a tired New Yorker šŸ—½šŸ˜Ŗ traveling to Boston, I finally got it: Boston might just be the gold standard for cities not only in the U.S., but worldwide. Home to legendary universities like Harvard and MIT, plus other top schools like BU, BC, Tufts, and Northeastern šŸŽ“, Boston just feels smart. You can tell people here are highly educated. The public transportation is efficient šŸš‡, downtown is super walkable šŸš¶ā™‚ļø, and—get this—there are very few homeless people around the center. The whole city is clean, especially the subway. And even though it’s a vibrant major city, it doesn’t feel loud or chaotic. Unlike NYC, you’re not constantly hearing sirens šŸš’, horns, and emergencies. That sense of inner peace? In New York, that’s a luxury. Boston may be compact, but it’s rich in history and culture šŸ›ļø, with plenty of art museums and historical sites. It’s also beautiful—lots of areas give off European vibes (and I say that as someone who studied in Europe! šŸ‡ŖšŸ‡ŗ). If I hadn’t visited Boston, I wouldn’t have believed the U.S. could have a big city that’s clean, safe, cultured, fun, and full of good food and history šŸ„ÆšŸ. (New York… take notes šŸ“.) If I ever want to escape New York, Boston will definitely be my #1 choice. #Boston #NewYork #USA #WorkInTheUS #TravelUSA #IntroducingAGuy
