Wow, I seriously love Thai food—it's so flavorful and addictive, rich and savory to the point where I'd gladly let it "over-salt" me!! I have to strongly recommend the Crispy Duck Curry here—the duck is fried until super crispy on the outside while staying tender inside, so fragrant it almost tastes like fried chicken, but with even more depth of flavor! The curry sauce is rich and mildly spicy, coating the crispy duck and soft potatoes—perfect over rice 👏 🍜 Pad See Ew (Thai stir-fried noodles) is also delicious! Full of wok hei, with silky noodles soaked in flavor. Next time I'm definitely trying the Pad Thai! 🥣 The soups are great too—tangy, spicy, and authentically tasty.
