I swear, Bostonās pigs must be missing their feet by nowāthis place goes through them like crazy š š The Must-Orders (No Exceptions) Pork Trotter Rice: 3 stars, $16, life-changing. A mountain of tender, fall-off-the-bone trotter smothered in sweet-savory braising sauceāso much food, we had leftovers. The meat is so soft, it practically melts in your mouth. Worth every penny. Thai Dry Noodles with Beef: 3 stars, rice noodle win. I polished off the whole bowlāchewy rice noodles soaked in a rich, umami sauce, with tender beef and fresh herbs. Drizzle in the side of herbal broth? Chefās kiss š©š³š Raw Marinated Shrimp: 3 stars, spice warning. First bite: š¶ļø whoa. Itās a zesty, tangy heat (not just āhotā), with a kick that creeps up. Spiciness is manageable, but donāt underestimate itāhave water ready. š The āSkip Itā Mussels: Meh. Plump, but totally bland without sauceāand the sauce is the same as the shrimpās.
