Boston's Michelin One Star 🌟|311 Omakase

The Boston Michelin guide has finally been announced! 🎉 311 became the only restaurant to receive a star - truly well-deserved! ✨ I visited a couple months ago and here's my experience: 🍣 Portions are super generous! More akin to kaiseki cuisine than traditional omakase 📋 Includes 6 appetizers, 9 pieces of sushi, and 2 desserts - ladies will definitely need to be rolled out after the meal! 😱 ✨ Highlights: 🥢 Appetizers were particularly impressive, the uni cold noodles were absolutely divine! 🤤 🍣 Sushi has prominent wasabi flavor (if you don't like wasabi, remember to ask the chef to adjust~) 👨🍳 The chef is from Fuzhou and previously trained at Masa in New York (turns out all three omakase chefs in Boston came from New York~) 🎎 💫 Overall experience is definitely worth a special trip! 💰 Pricing is much more reasonable than New York, offering great value for money! #OmakaseExperience #BostonFoodGuide #MichelinStar #JapaneseCuisine #FoodExploration
