Boston's Most Japanese-Styled Ramen Shop in Decor 🍜

First of all, the design of going downstairs feels very Japanese πŸ‡―πŸ‡΅. The equipment for grinding sesame to make sesame miso also feels very Japanese πŸ› οΈ. The oil in the ramen feels very Japanese πŸ₯. But when it comes to the taste... well... it doesn’t taste like miso, and the soy sauce doesn’t taste like soy sauce either πŸ˜…. The ramen noodles are probably from a pasta factory 🍝. The fried chicken comes with a sweet-and-sour sauce – almost like eating guobaorou (crispy sweet and sour pork) πŸ—. The dumplings are fully deep-fried; the skin is quite thin though πŸ₯Ÿ. Because the decor is very Japanese-style, the prices are on the higher side – eggs cost an extra $2 πŸ’Έ. So a bowl of noodles alone is already $20, and it’s not very filling, so per person it’s around $30 πŸ’°. I’d come back if my wallet allows πŸ‘. #JapaneseRamen #BostonRestaurantRecommendations #BostonRamen
