π Kyuramen - Brookline We almost ended up waiting in the long line at "Ganko Ittetsu" today π , but decided to check out Kyuramen on Beacon Street instead β and what a pleasant surprise! β¨ Ambiance & Vibe The restaurant has a great atmosphere β cozy and inviting π«. We walked in at 5 PM without any wait and even scored a private booth π, perfect for a quiet, intimate meal. Service was attentive and prompt π. Ramen & Flavors The broth is rich and deeply flavorful β you can tell it's been carefully simmered π². All the ingredients tasted fresh π±, and the noodles had that perfect springy texture π, cooked just right to hold the soup beautifully. What We Ordered & Value We each had a bowl of ramen and shared an appetizer platter β all for just over $50 π°. That's pretty reasonable for authentic Japanese ramen in Boston!
