Boston | Oishii Boston 🥢

In my opinion, this is the best Japanese restaurant in Boston! Great value for money—around $60-100+ per person—with incredibly fresh ingredients. The dimly lit interior creates a cozy and intimate atmosphere. 🕯️😊 🌟 Must-Try Dishes 1️⃣ Salmon on Fire 🔥🍣 A crowd favorite! Pre-marinated salmon lightly torched over coffee beans for 10-15 seconds. The result is tender, flavorful, and perfectly paired with a dipping sauce. 2️⃣ Wagyu Beef Tartare 🥩🌿 Even if you’re not a fan of raw beef, this dish will change your mind. So flavorful and beautifully presented! 3️⃣ Foie Gras with Truffle 🦢🍄 A sushi-style dish with foie gras and black truffle—rich, buttery, and melts in your mouth. My foodie friend keeps dragging me back for this! 4️⃣ Wagyu Beef Ishiyaki 🍲🔥 Thinly sliced Wagyu cooked on a hot stone for ~10 seconds. Juicy and tender, though the portion is a bit small. Still, a must-order! 5️⃣ Tokyo Style Soft Shell Crab 🦀✨ Crispy, non-greasy, and delicious with dipping sauce. 6️⃣ Uni Pasta 🍝🌊 Creamy pasta with black truffle and poached egg—no fishy taste! Generous portion but can be rich. Highly recommend! 😢 Sadly, we missed out on the uni (sea urchin) because it was sold out. Next time! 📍 Address: 1166 Washington St, Boston, MA 02118 #BostonEats #OishiiBoston #JapaneseFood #SushiLovers #FoodieReview #BostonLife #StudyAbroad 🎌🍣
