Also, please feel free to correct my word choices or translations—we're all here to learn together ✨ Bootleg Special is a Southern/Cajun restaurant, which is pretty rare to find around Boston. The vibe inside is really unique too. Soufflé Pancake: It was tasty, not overly sweet, but the texture wasn’t as fine and delicate as Japanese-style pancakes—this one was coarser with a bit of graininess. Bootleg Benedict: This was delicious!! Eggs Benedict topped with Cajun-seasoned seafood—crab and lobster (though not a ton of lobster).
