Boston π Ruka Food Exploration π½οΈ
I donβt know why this place is packed every day; I had to book a table 3 days in advance, and the only available slot was at 8:30 PM. πππ Highly recommended: ST.Louis Ribs, very tender, with a well-balanced sauce thatβs just the right amount of sweet and salty, and itβs delicious right out of the oven. β The π Pork Yakisoba, which many people online recommended, was too salty. It left me incredibly thirsty after eating, and the seasoning was a bit too intense. ππ Korean Steak Tartar was decent, with bread that had a strong buttery aroma and a crispy exterior. It was a good appetizer, but the taste didnβt blow me away. ππ Pork Belly Buns featured a large piece of pork with a mix of fat and lean meat, accompanied by shredded carrot πΆοΈ chili, and tomato. The sauce was tangy and spicy, and it didnβt feel greasy when eaten together. The bun seemed to be a semi-finished product, similar to Taiwanese roujiamo. πππ Big Fish is their most famous dessert and a must-order for every table. The texture is rich, with a caramelized crust on the banana, and the ice cream at the bottom has a creamy texture similar to macadamia nuts and peanuts π₯. Itβs paired with crispy taiyaki; itβs the best at the first couple of bites, but it can become a bit too rich towards the end. #BostonFood #BostonRestaurantRecommendations #BostonRuka
