Boston Brazilian BBQ Showdown šŸ–

Every winter, I just crave a massive meat feast… As a true carnivore, I’ve already tried five or six Brazilian BBQ buffets in Boston. This time, I finally checked out Alma Gaucha, which I hadn’t visited before! šŸ‚ Parmesan Steak — The first bite was absolutely intoxicating! Various cuts of beef were grilled just right and incredibly flavorful~ šŸ§€ Grilled Cheese — Make sure to ask your server for it! I could easily eat several of these in one sitting… In terms of price, atmosphere, and overall vibe, this place feels more comparable to Fogo de Chao. So here’s a quick side-by-side comparison for you~ (Other spots either have a less polished atmosphere or are more budget-friendly.) āœ… Pros: Most of the meats are not overly salty! (This is important—Fogo tends to be way too salty…) Both are located in the city, but Alma has much easier street parking! āŒ Cons: The salad bar has fewer options compared to Fogo, with nothing especially standout, and no freshly grilled pineapple šŸ The lamb had a slightly odd sour-salty seasoning… Fogo also offers a wider variety of meats Meats are generally cooked more well-done—rarely did I see anything below medium-well šŸ“ Alma Gaucha šŸ’° Around $85 per person šŸ…æļø Plenty of street parking available—super convenient! #BostonFoodExploration #BostonFood #BostonLife #WhatToEatInBoston #BostonFoodReviews
