The rice was rich and flavorful without being overly heavy. ✨ Georges Bank Sea Scallops（$54） My top recommendation of the night! The scallops were seared to perfection — tender and juicy, paired beautifully with corn kernels and a delicate sauce. 🥩 16oz 55-Day Prime Aged Ribeye（$78） Perfect for sharing between two. I ordered it medium-well, but felt it was slightly overcooked.
