Boston Date Night Restaurant | Sorellina
🌟Fine dining in Boston that leaves a truly memorable impression is hard to come by. Sorellina offers Italian cuisine with some pasta dishes as its specialties. 🌟The overall ambiance of the restaurant is classic and elegant with a white theme, but!!! The tables are placed so close together! It gave me a nostalgic flashback to high school cafeteria. Plus, the restaurant is super dark, with barely any lights on the ceiling, relying solely on the candle on each table for illumination. The brightness in the third picture is what it normally looks like in the restaurant. Nevertheless, the dim lighting is perfect for a romantic date 😏 🌟Goose Liver Mousse: Exceptionally smooth with a delicious taste. The toast it comes with is absolutely divine!!! Highly recommended! Burrata Salad: The burrata was too firm for my liking, but the tomatoes were incredibly delicious!! So tomatoey – it’s been a while since I’ve had tomatoes with such intense flavor. 🌟Octopus Leg: Unlike the traditional grilled octopus leg, this one is boiled to a tender texture and flavored with cherry tomatoes and olive oil. Octopus lovers should definitely give it a try. 🌟Halibut: A tender piece of fish, served with a corn sauce that tastes like a creamy corn soup with corn kernels. Yum! Gnocchi: I really enjoy the texture of gnocchi – so soft and chewy. I was surprised to learn it’s a type of pasta. This one comes with a sweet lobster, absolutely loved it. Filet Mignon: Very tender and delicious, and the mashed potatoes on the side were also tasty. 🌟We also ordered a bottle of Riesling, but after drinking it, both my boyfriend and I felt oddly dizzy, which is strange because we can handle much more than that 🤔 #BostonFood #DateNight #FoodDiary #FineDining #ItalianCuisine #BostonDateNightRestaurant #Food #HiddenGemRestaurant #RestaurantRecommendation #AmbientRestaurant
