Boston Feels So Urban! ποΈ
The lobster is absolutely delicious! π¦ Highly recommend: Legal Seafood Lobster prices vary based on the daily market rate β the medium-sized one we had was $67! It was huge; after sharing it, the three of us were pretty full. π We ordered the baked lobster β super flavorful! It can get a bit heavy after a while, so we recommend pairing it with something light like broccoli π₯¦ to balance it out. MIT is so beautiful! π The campus is huge with amazing facilities β I heard there's even an ice rink! βΈοΈ No wonder it's a top university β I'd really love to study here for grad school if I get the chance. β¨ Boston Public Garden is a must-visit! π³ Not only is the scenery beautiful, but the atmosphere is so lovely. People casually lie on the grass sunbathing, picnicking, reading books, or quietly watching the wild squirrels. πΏοΈ The animals here aren't very afraid of humans β pigeons even wander into the train station! There are tons of wild squirrels and birds, and everyone shares the beautiful lawn together β so heartwarming. π There's a beautiful lake in the park where you can go boating (though we didn't try it because it was too sunny that day βοΈ). We even met a friendly couple and helped each other take photos by the lake β I really love these spontaneous social moments. πΈ About the trains in the U.S... I really don't have much to say haha π β they're so slow! I literally watched cars on both sides passing our train one after another... ππ¨ But for $10 on weekends, you get unlimited round trips between Boston and Worcester β at that price, who needs a bike! ππ° Plus, the vibe is really relaxed β conductors check tickets randomly on board. Everyone can board first whether they've bought a ticket or not, and if you're caught without one, you can buy it on the spot. Of course, it's still best to buy your ticket in advance β it's not expensive anyway. π³ #Boston #BostonFood #MIT #BostonPublicGarden #LifeInTheUS #TravelDiary
