Boston Food Review: Sarma Restaurant 🍽️✨
Finally tried Sarma, known as one of Boston’s hardest-to-book restaurants! 🎯 You need to reserve a month in advance at 10 AM sharp—but it was totally worth it. This might be the most delicious and surprising meal I’ve had in Boston! My friends and I were already planning our next visit before we even finished eating 😆. Verdict: Their vegetables are even better than their meats! Here’s what we ordered (~$60 per person): 1️⃣ Cauliflower Larb 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 One of the best dishes! Tender cauliflower topped with crispy wheat bran and served over a creamy white corn purée. Surprisingly incredible—who knew cauliflower could taste this good? 😍 2️⃣ Black Sea Cornbread 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 A famous signature dish—every table orders this! 🏆 Savory-sweet cornbread with a crispy outside and soft inside, filled with peppers, onions, chili bits, and topped with sesame seeds and sea salt. A must-try for savory-sweet lovers! (But it came late in the meal and was a bit rich.) 3️⃣ Lamb Kofte Sliders 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Our bronze medal winner 🥉! Crispy-yet-fluffy buns with spiced lamb patties, veggies, and yogurt sauce—juicy, flavorful, and not gamey at all. 4️⃣ Avocado Muhummara 🌟🌟🌟💫 Many recommended this, but it was just okay. Avocado mash with burrata, chili oil, and pistachios—easy to make at home. The chili oil was the only standout. 5️⃣ Sesame Fried Chicken 🌟🌟🌟 Not on the menu—a server brought it around. Crispy boneless chicken with sesame-hummus sauce. Tasty but not memorable. BBQ Chicken does it better! 🍗 Rating: 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 (5/5 for creativity and flavor!) #BostonEats #SarmaBoston #HardToBook #FoodReview #VegetarianWins #BostonFoodie 🥙🔥
